Fragrant with ripe nashi pear, passionfruit, white melon, hints of elderflower, and honeysuckle. Delicate sweet entry with floral white peach, nectarine, and a touch of lemon curd. Persistent with a long melon and apple blossom finish. The Best Ever!

I loved how the wine had a semi dry finish and the taste of minerals. Maybe due to the quartz in the ground? It was a perfect match with my BBQed Thai SpicedTiger Prawns.
